Privacy policy
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit iesim.org ("the site", "we", "us") and how it is used. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- No accounts or forms. The site has no sign-up, login, checkout or contact form. We do not ask for your name, address or payment details.
- Technical data from our hosting provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Aggregate visit statistics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and message, and use them only to reply.
Cookies
The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The Google Fonts service we use to display text may receive your IP address when fonts load.
Partner links
When you click a partner link to an eSIM provider, you leave our site. The provider or its affiliate network may set cookies to record that you came from us, so that a commission can be credited if you buy. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers named above, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your emails, by writing to support@iesim.org.
Children
The site is intended for adult travelers and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
